Bow River valley - West View
| From the bridge at the south end of Banff Avenue, the Bow River is seen to turn to the left and pass out of sight. It passes around the corner of the mountain on the right, in front of the far mountain range, and on to its source at Bow Lake and the Bow Glacier along the Banff-Jasper Parkway. During the summer months, the river attracts large numbers of waders, canoe enthusiasts and (of course) fishermen. The Bow is one of the premier fishing rivers in the world. | ||
