The hanging valley which is also visible halfway up the mountainside (albeit in shadow in this photo) is where Crypt Lake is located. In case you haven't heard, the Crypt Lake hike has been voted the best hike in Canada for its varied features (waterfalls, tunnel, narrow ledges, scree slopes, etc.) and stunning scenery. | |||
