| This old warehouse near 12 St and 9 Ave SE lies across an old spur line. Behind us is an extensive area of construction for light industry. Our bet is that this apparently derelict site will soon become upscale offices or apartments, following the lead of the former warehouses along 11th and 12th avenues nearer downtown. |
