| Yet another major project is underway at the southeast corner of 6th Ave & 11th Street ("Condo Corner). Located across the street from the Marquis (left edge), most of the former parking lots in this block have been excavated into the deep hole pictured here. We have been told that there will be 5 levels of underground parking. We will monitor progress in the months ahead as it rises above ground level; meanwhile, here are a few photos that show how deep this hole really is, plus a photo showing the project's final design. | |||
