| This new bridge across 6th Ave at 7th street is getting a critical inspection by a resident worker in the Monenco Tower. When completed, it will close the west end loop in the Plus-15 system and make it possible to do a complete circuit of the downtown at 15 feet above pavement level indoors. | |||
