| We have been watching this development for some time, for it seemed like its purpose was changing every other month. Originally destined to be an apartment hotel, we now understand that the building is being converted into a 2-storey office building. The design has retained the building's historical character, but applied a much improved exterior with lots of big windows. Inside, the buinding has been completey refit with modern fixtures and technical infrastructure. This will undoubtedly become a highly desireable address - it should be completed by the end of 2001. |
