This long-range shot of the Renaissance at North Hill Centre was taken from the pedestrian bridge that crosses over Memorial Drive just east of 10th street. Here we are looking across the roof-tops of the Kensington District. Clearly, residents on the top floors will have a fantastic view of the downtown area. A lot of progress has been made in the past few months, thanks largely to the warm dry summer we have had in 2001, and it appears like the max height of the first tower has been reached . Here's a closer look.
