Although exterior work on the new TCPL tower is almost done, there are still some months of work needed before the official move-in date. Motorists are no doubt looking ahead to that date with anticipation -- the streets around this site have been "challenging" for almost 2 years now.(Here's another closeup view from a different angle - note the change in facade design).
