When this shot was taken (late 1999), the Millenium Tower project was the only construction taking place (or even planned) for this section of Eau Claire. It is now late 2000 and the Ernst & Young Tower (as the Millenium Tower has been renamed) is complete and occupied. Additionally, a model detailing the extensive development plans for this area has been put on display in the Canterra Plus-15 area.
