Calgary Downtown Tour Looking East at 3 Avenue and 8 Street SW
Recently built condos on the left are cleverly designed to maximise the views for occupants. They are also nicely set back, and have a well-finished landscape. The result is that the area is bright and open. This end of 3rd ave is a pleasant, relaxing place to take a lunch-time walk from the office.

One cannot help but be impressed by the way that Eau Claire is being developed. It is an excellent example of how a downtown area can be brought alive, against all hopes.
