| The sandstome building on the left is the Knox United Church. Originally opened in 1913 as the Knox Presbyterian Church, the design by F.J. Lawson featured a bell tower, great stained glass windows and fine carving by the stone masons who worked the sandstone blocks into the finished structure. Lawson also designed the Wesley United Church in the Connaught district. |
