The concrete patterns on the right mask the levels of another car park. The vehicle ahead is turning off one-way 5th ave into one-way 6th St. This is one of the few cases where you can turn on red lights after stopping. Most people are aware of the rule that allows right turns on red lights, but you do see some ticket-worthy variations on the left turn rules. |
