Calgary Downtown Tour Looking South at 9 Avenue and 7 Street SW

If you look carefully in the middle, you can make out a traffic warden about to increase the city revenue. As we take the photographs at each intersection there is a lot of crossing back and forth to find the best view. The net result is that we proceed at about the same pace as the wardens on patrol. This poor guy was on exactly the same route as me, and he kept appearing in my viewfinder. His face was growing sterner every time, and in the end I decided to change the route for both his and my peace of mind.

Ahead is the ubiquitous carpark in front of the CPR tracks.
