Alberta Court of Appeal
Location: 7 Ave & 5 St SW
| Built in 1914 on the same site as the original courthouse, this building was one of the last in Calgary built of sandstone. It served as Calgary's second courthouse until the newer modern Court of Queen's Bench building just east of this site was erected. After a period where it housed the Glenbow-Alberta Institute, it became the location for the Provincial Appeals court in 1986. |
