| Being situated on the 4th Ave "dividing line" between downtown and Eau Claire, McFarlane Tower features great views of the skyline to the south and east, and the river valley to the north and west (particularly from the upper floors). Unfortunately for occupants, that will soon change -- dense condo construction is starting to take place in Eau Claire that will eventually cut off the river views. |
