The 2001 brochure noted that there are over 150 exhibits in the 66-acre park, depicting pioneer life before 1914 in the form of a village and surrounding community. Furnished buildings are complemented by people working in the smithy, the bakery and other facilites. Interpreters in period costume are there to explain the context, and actors move around the site, performing scenes from those times. Heritage Park is an eye-opener because of its size and excellence. We hope that our pictures encourage you to visit and see for yourself.
