| The 2nd level has cafe facilities and a pleasant lounge area with history murals that catch the sunlight. It is an excellent place to gather before starting work, or to hold an impromptu meeting. This soft-focus, natural-light shot best represents the friendliness of these people, who were kind enough to sit for us during their break.
